About Apple Stanford
Apple has two stores in Palo Alto. This one, which Apple calls Apple Stanford Shopping Center, is inside the mall; the other is the Apple store on University Avenue downtown. The center's directory places this store near Neiman Marcus and Ralph's Coffee, with the closest entrance on Arboretum Road at Orchard Lane, between the Rivian showroom and the two-story parking garage. The center lists a two-level and a three-level garage on Quarry Road, with Electrify America, ChargePoint and Tesla chargers in its parking garage.
The store closes earlier than the downtown store from Monday to Saturday: Apple's page showed 7 p.m. here in late October 2026 against 8 p.m. on University Avenue. Sunday hours, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., matched at both. For accessibility, Apple offers sign language interpretation on demand at no cost, with in-person interpreters by advance request. The mall management office lends wheelchairs free to shoppers who bring a driver's license; our Stanford Shopping Center listing has the office details.
