PaloAlto.org publishes travel, local and business information for general reading. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, medical, real estate or other professional advice. Pages that touch those subjects say so. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything that matters to your health, money or legal rights. In an emergency, call 911.
Accuracy and changes
We research pages from primary sources and recheck them on a schedule, but details such as opening hours, prices, event dates, schedules, rules and closures change often and sometimes without notice. The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that any page is complete, current or free of errors. Confirm important details with the business, venue, agency or organization before you travel, buy or make plans.
Links to other sites
Many pages link to other websites, such as businesses, government agencies, transit operators and travel booking services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, availability, policies or practices. Your use of another site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
Affiliate links and ads
Some links go to travel partners. If you book or buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Any booking or purchase is a contract between you and that company, not PaloAlto.org, so questions about a reservation, refund or charge go to the company you booked with. The site also shows ads from Google. Ads are labeled. An ad is not an endorsement. Our privacy policy explains how ads and partner scripts handle data.
Business directory
Directory listings describe businesses from their own published information and public records. A listing is not an endorsement, a review or a guarantee of any product or service. We do not accept payment for listings or for placement in our guides. We may add, change or remove any listing at our discretion.

The text, illustrations and site design are owned by PaloAlto.org and protected by copyright. You may share links to any page and quote a short excerpt with a link back to the page. Please do not copy whole pages, republish our content in bulk or present it as your own.

Using the site responsibly
Do not use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms other visitors or interferes with how the site works.
