The plan adds about 40,000 square feet, including 58 new patient care rooms. It completes the move of all 600 inpatient beds to private rooms and adds a first-floor atrium for patients, families and visitors. When finished, the building will mainly provide cancer care. The hospital stays open to patients during construction. Stanford Health Care posts a construction map on the program page. Questions go to [email protected].
