About the El Camino Real Verizon store
This Verizon store is a short way south of Page Mill Road on El Camino Real. Verizon's store locator names it Victra Palo Alto. Victra is a Verizon authorized retailer, so the store sells Verizon plans, phones and accessories but is independently run. Verizon's data lists ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. as the operating company and an opening date of June 2018. Some account issues may need Verizon's own customer service, so call first if your request is out of the ordinary.
The same operator runs Palo Alto's other Verizon store, downtown at 222 University Avenue. This one is closer for south Palo Alto, Barron Park, College Terrace and Stanford Research Park. AT&T's Page Mill store is a short walk north at 2805 El Camino Real.
What this location offers
- Appointments booked through Verizon's store page
- In-store pickup of phones and accessories ordered online
- Payments for prepaid, postpaid and wireline accounts
