About LaBelle
LaBelle Day Spa & Salon is a full-service day spa and hair salon inside Town & Country Village, the open-air shopping center on El Camino Real. It covers a wide range under one roof: facials, massage and body treatments, hair, nails, makeup, lashes and brows. The spa takes two suites in the center, numbers 95 and 33.
LaBelle's founder is Bella Schneider, an esthetician whose career with the brand began in 1976, when she opened her first LaBelle Day Spa & Salon. The spa describes her as a clinical skin care specialist and product formulator who trains estheticians through her own professional skin care brand, Bella Schneider Beauty. The spa's website also links to AwakenMD, a medspa listed inside the LaBelle suite at Town & Country.
Spa and salon services
The spa menu is long. These are the main groups and some of the treatments named in it. Seasonal items rotate, so read the current menu before you book.
- Facials. Options include the Advanced Custom Design, Nourishing Nature Pure, Classic Pamper & Purify, Age Reverse Champagne & Roses and Brightening LumiPele facials, plus HydraFacial and LED facials of several lengths. Other skin services include Teen Rx Clean, Back Clean, dermaplaning and microchanneling.
- Massage and body. Custom-blended Swedish, deep tissue, warm stone, CBD, couples and prenatal or postnatal massage, along with a glycolic body exfoliation and a seasonal body scrub.
- Hair. Cuts and styling by master, senior or junior stylists, children's haircuts, updos, all-over color, highlights, balayage, gloss, Kérastase treatments, smoothing treatments and Great Lengths extensions.
- Nails. The LaBelle Deluxe manicure and pedicure, a Hydrating Shea Butter Manicure, a Coconut Warm Stone Pedicure and a CBD & Peppermint Bliss Pedicure among others, plus gel and Shellac.
- Makeup, lashes and brows. Special occasion makeup, makeup lessons, microblading and permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, a keratin lash lift and brow lamination.
- Hair removal. Threading and waxing.
The spa sells skin and hair lines including Obagi, SkinAde, Alastin, Kérastase and Oribe. Medspa treatments listed on the menu, such as Botox, fillers and laser services, are referred to AwakenMD. Talk to a licensed provider about any medical treatment.
Spa packages and bridal services
LaBelle sells set spa days. The Indulgent Getaway Package pairs a facial with a 60 minute Swedish massage and full body scrub, a manicure and a pedicure. The Spa Delights Package combines a facial, a 75 minute warm stone massage and a pedicure. You can also build a custom package of any three services adding up to at least three hours. Packages include a foot soak and can be bought as a gift card.
For weddings, the spa offers bridal hair and bridal makeup. Each starts with a required consultation before the day itself. The menu says on-location service at a home or hotel room is possible. Call the spa for details.
Booking and policies
You can book online through the spa's client portal or call 650-327-6964. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a single service and 48 hours ahead for packages, groups or multiple services. Otherwise the full price is charged. If you are running late, call ahead, because appointments must end on schedule.
Children under 12 may enter service areas only when they are receiving a service with an adult present. The spa does not perform services on children under 7. Tips can be paid by debit card but not credit card. The menu advises against shaving right before a scrub or wrap and against eating just before a massage. Lockers are provided.
Tips for visiting
- Book packages and bridal trials well ahead, since they take long blocks of time.
- Town & Country has its own parking lot. The center also has places to eat if you are booked for a long spa day.
