Do solo diners have to wait in the line or is there a bar option?
You do need to still wait in line. But you should tell them that you are a party of 1.
What are their hours? Can we just walk in?
Currently they are open daily for lunch from 11am-3pm, and then dinner 5:30pm-9:30pm.
Does anyone know the typical wait time at 2PM on a weekday?
Wait at 2 PM on a weekday is shorter than peak times. I went at 2 pm on a Monday and only waited ten or fifteen minutes.
Is there any vegetarian options?
Yes. It's the "Veggie King"
Do they take reservations?
No, they don't. And they don't have takeout either. I was told that there will be another location opening in the Bay Area soon, so that should help with the crowds in Palo Alto
What does the "limit 20/day" refer to for the veggie king option? Surely it can't be 20/person/day?
They do a separate veggie broth, so they have limited bowls per day.
What is the pricing like?
How long is the wait on a Tuesday dinner time?
There's usually a line, but it moves fast. We waited 20mins for dinner starting at the end of the ropes
Is there MSG in the broths?
There's tons of MSG. It's naturally occurring MSG like that in Parmesan cheese or mushrooms or tomatoes. But chemically it's exactly the same as MSG. So if you can't eat any of those you should skip their ramen. If those foods don't cause you any problems then you have no allergies to MSG and you should enjoy their ramen, and any other dishes that have MSG in it.
How are the lines? Is there a long wait?
